Terms of Service

By initiating a commission request, you automatically agree to the terms listed below. These terms are subject to change at any time. The terms listed at the time of payment will be the terms applied to your commission.

  • Commission are not first come, first serve. Acceptance will be based on confidence in being able to draw what is requested.

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission, no matter the reason.

  • Commissioned work is for personal use only.

  • Usage of my art for AI training or NFTs is strictly prohibited.

  • Payment is to be made through ko-fi upfront before work begins. Full refunds will be offered if I feel I am unable to fulfill the commission piece at any point. DO NOT PAY BEFORE DISCUSSING THE DETAILS OF THE COMMISSION.

  • 2 major revisions can be made during sketch phase, with minor revisions available once the piece is finished to my discretion.

  • All commissioned work will be delivered to the client as a .PNG file through the established communication method.

  • I reserve the right to post commissions on any of my social media pages as a part of my portfolio(s). (If you would like your commission to be anonymous, please indicate so)

  • Any posting of commissioned work by the client to their social media pages must be accompanied with artist credits.

  • Estimated delivery time will be roughly between 1-3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece.

  • If there is a deadline needed for the commission, please state when the piece is needed. Rush orders will be subject to an additional cost, starting at 25% of the commission total.

Stream Commissions

Stream commissions are a special skeb-style commission that are done during one of my art streams on Twitch!

"Skeb style" refers to the way commissions are done on the Skeb platform, where the commissioner submits a request of what to draw while the artist has full control on how the piece is executed.

By submitting a stream commission request, you automatically agree to the terms listed below. These terms are subject to change at any time. The terms listed at the time of payment will be the terms applied to your commission.

  • All stream commissions are $15, with no addons available

  • Commission must be within compliance of Twitch's TOS

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission, no matter the reason.

  • Commissioned work is for personal use only.

  • Usage of my art for AI training or NFTs is strictly prohibited.

  • Payment is to be made through ko-fi upfront before work begins. Full refunds will be offered if I decline the commission or I feel I am unable to fulfill the commission piece at any point. (Details may be discussed in Twitch chat prior to payment)

  • No revisions will be offered.

  • All commissioned work will be delivered to the client as a .PNG file through ko-fi.

  • I reserve the right to post commissions on any of my social media pages as a part of my portfolio(s).

  • Any posting of commissioned work by the client to their social media pages must be accompanied with artist credits.

  • Stream commissions will only be worked on during streams. Delivery time may vary, with minimum expected time being between 1-2 streams.

When making your request on ko-fi, please format your message like the following (do not include the { }):

[STREAM CM] {Twitch Username} {Subject/Character}

Please ensure that you include your Twitch username in the request, your commission wil be declined if it's not. If what you are requesting is a commission of your OC, or isn't easily searchable, you will be asked to provide reference in ko-fi DMs.
